Restatement cycle 3 plan

I opened a solo 401k with Mysolo401k in late August of 2021. Do I need to file QRP Restatement for Cycle 3 plan. I recently learned about this since the deadline has passed and if I need to do IRS correction.

For clients who opened Solo 401k plans in 2021 or later, their plan documents include the Cycle 3 update so there is no need to restate the plan document.
