I have my SEP-IRA, Traditional-IRA and Roth-IRA are with Vanguard. If I open Solo 401k accounts with Vanguard using mysolo401k.net can I move the investments (stock, EFT, MF and cash) from the above accounts to the new accounts ? or Do I have to open accounts with Schwab ?

Vanguard does not support self-directed solo 401k plans. Some options are Fidelity and Schwab, however. See the following:
